We began this venture by talking to our favorite small businesses. Toy Stores. Restaurants. Dentists. Places we frequent, owned by proprietors we know and respect.

And we noticed something fascinating. Through all of the sales calls they endured, the onerous contracts they signed and hard-earned money they spent, there was tremendous frustration. Our conclusion: Small businesses are being disserviced by companies that are deploying hard-sell tactics with virtually no interest in helping you succeed.
